I have noticed more people spending time outside this winter, and consequently, more litter on the roads, sidewalks and waterways. Between March 1st through May 31st, take the opportunity to be part of the solution, to join the movement across PA and the country to improve the look and the health of our environment.
Municipalities, businesses, trade organizations, state government agencies, environmental and civic organizations, youth groups, and many others including individuals can get involved by either organizing and registering an event or by volunteering during an event.
