As part of our mission, we do more than operate a Recycling Center. We’re committed to helping Westmoreland County residents make informed choices about waste reduction, recycling, composting, proper waste disposal, and the importance of preventing litter. Our FREE educational presentations are available for schools, classrooms, youth organizations, garden clubs, fraternal organizations, employee groups, and other community organizations.
